Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy for both opened and unopened products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • Unopened Products: Products must be in their original, sealed packaging.
  • Opened Products: Products must be in their original packaging and in a condition that allows us to resell them. The product should not be excessively used or damaged.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@sportsreliefgear.com.com | 1-888-899-3233 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Provide your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
  3. Once you receive the RMA number, securely pack the product(s) and include a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Ship the product(s) back to us at the address provided with the RMA number. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note:

  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process once we receive the returned product.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is a result of our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
